Mrs. Georgia Smith Earl, 86, of 2751 S. Lafayette St., Shelby, NC passed away Saturday, October 30, 2010. Services were held at Faith Baptist Church. Burial followed in Cleveland Memorial Park.
Mrs. Earl was preceded in death by her parents, John and Sarah Oaks Smith, 2 sisters; and 1 grandson.
She is survived by 1 son, Jimmy L. Earl and wife Lisa of Shelby; 2 daughters, Brenda E. Daves and husband Steve of Greer, SC, and Betty Greene and husband Miles of Mooresboro; and many nieces and nephews.
Clay-Barnette Funeral Home, Shelby, NC is serving the family.
