Mr. Glen A. “G.A.” Poston, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2013. Services were held at  Elizabeth Baptist Church, Shelby, NC. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Mr. Poston was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde G. Poston Sr. and Ruth Leonard Poston; brothers: Clyde Poston Jr.; Claude Arey Poston; Jerry S. Poston, Donald Lee Poston and D.J. Poston; sisters:  Annie Poston Wiley & Edna Poston Glover.

He is survived by one grother, Ronald Poston, Shelby, NC; brother & sisterlaw, Dan C. Poston and Norma, Shelby, NC; sister, Barbara Kay Poston Grayson of Shelby; Sister-in-law, Cathy Poston of Shelby; sister-in-law, Barbara W. Poston, Miami, Fla. and a number of nieces and nephews.
