Do you have any inactive cell phones, blackberries, or personal digital assistance devices (PDA’s) that you’re no longer using? Don’t know what to do with them. That’s why Lincoln Country Club, 2108 Country Club Road and Indian Creek Swim and Tennis Club, 1652 River View Road in Lincolnton have team up with the Lincolnton Lions Club to recycle cellphone and other wireless devices.
Before donating and depositing your recyclable cell phones, blackberries, and PDA’s in a Lions Club depository boxes, please deactivate and erase your confidential information. Cell phones will be refurbished, programmed for 911 and donating to charities. Remember the Lions Club do not accept landline telephones and landlines.
