Mrs. Grace Carpenter Wolfe, 76, of 309 N. Roxford Rd., Kings Mountain, NC, passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2010. Graveside Services were held in Mountain Rest Cemetery, Kings Mtn., NC.
Mrs. Wolfe was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Samuel “Houston” Wolfe; and her parents, W. James and Marie Webb Carpenter.
She is survived by 1 son, Samuel Houston Wolfe, Jr. and wife Sheryle of Hilton Head, NC; 1 daughter, Anne Wolfe Wise and husband Rusty of Cherryville, NC; 1 sister, Louise Lybrand of Kings Mountain; and 4 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, 201 N. Piedmont Ave., Kings Mountain, NC 28086; or to: Kings Mountain Hospice House “Building Fund”, 321 Kings Mountain Blvd., Kings Mountain, NC 28086.
