Mrs. Frank was preceded in death by her husband, John Robert Frank; her parents, James P. and Mary Brown Lynch; one son-in-law, Johnny Lowery and one son, Ben Belew.

She is survived by two sons, Raymond H. Belew and wife Linda of Lewis Center, OH and James A. Belew and wife Anne of Newport, VA; three daughters, Shirley Lowery of Mooresboro, Mary Mutter and husband Mickey of Satellite Beach, FL and Sherry Wright and husband Wayne of Shelby; one sister, Mosilea Davis of Melbourne, FL; three brothers, Marvin Lynch of Palm Bay, FL; Bobby Lynch and Earl Lynch of Fayetteville, FL; sixteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchilldren and twenty-nine great-great grandchildren.
