Grady Forrest Tallent, 87, of 119 Dickson Rd, Fallston, NC, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013 at Carolina Care Center in Cherryville.
He was born in Burke County, on February 8, 1926, to the late Vance Robert Tallent and Rene Buff Tallent. He was retired from Doran Mills, Cherryville.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Margy Davis Tallent; daughter, Betty Tallent of Fallston; two brothers, Carl Tallent of Lincolnton and Eugene Tallent of Shelby; and one sister Bertha Hull of Polkville.
