Harold Leonard Wright, 71, of 518 Lee Drive, Shelby, died Thursday, July 21,
2011 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center in Shelby.
Born in Cleveland County, he was a son of the late Leonard Wesley Wright and
Ada Novella Wright Wright.
Mr. Wright was employed by Shelby Supply Company for twenty-one years and
later drove a truck for Doran. He retired as a truck driver for Ryder.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Wright was preceded in death by two sisters,
Lois Corn and Shirley Lawson.
He is survived by his wife of twenty-eight years, Treva Bridges Wright; son,
Jeff Wright of Lawndale; stepsons, Ricky Hardin of Shelby and Andy Hardin of
Casar; daughter, Donna Hamilton and husband Curtis of Shelby; stepdaughter,
Debbie Hardin of Shelby; sister, Nell Ledford of Shelby; three
grandchildren, Jason Hamilton , Wesley Hamilton and Ashley White and three
great grandchildren.
Visitation: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Saturday, Stamey Funeral Home, Fallston.
Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Saturday, Stamey Funeral Home Chapel, Fallston.
Officiating: Dr. Bo Wagner
Burial: Cleveland Memorial Park, Boiling Springs
