Born May 13, 1965 in Cleveland County, he was a son of Doris Lail Dayberry of Lawndale and the late Harold Ray Dayberry, Sr. He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and was under the watch program of Hoyle Memorial Christian Fellowship. He was a self employed handyman.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Randy Dayberry.

In addition to his mother, survivors include two daughters, Daisy Alexandra Dayberry of Rutherfordton and Emma Nicole Hoyle of Casar, one brother, Patrick Dayberry of Lawndale and one sister, Wendy Dayberry of Lawndale.

The funeral service will be Thursday at 2:00PM at Hoyle Memorial Christian Fellowship with Rev. Dick Chapman officiating.

Visitation will be immediately following the funeral service.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.
