Mr. Harrill Andy Brackett, 74, of 108 Oak Grove-Clover Hill Church Road, Polkville, NC, passed away Thursday, August 19, 2010. Services were held at Corinth Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Mr. Brackett was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Rollins Brackett; and his parents, Brantley Brackett and Nancy Pauline McNeilly Brackett.
He is survived by 1 son, Chad Brackett and wife Pam of Polkville; 1 daughter, Peggy Hudson and husband Hudean of Polkville; 1 granddaughter; 4 brothers, Jerry Brackett and wife Macie, Ray Brackett, and Steve Bracket and wife Trudy, all of Shelby, and Donald Brackett of Shelby; and 8 sisters, Ruth Bumgarner of Golden Valley, Louise Montgomery and husband Larry of Belwood, Marie Hoyle and husband Gerald, and Jeannette McCurry and husband Lloyd, all of Casar, Dianne Newton and husband James, Linda Shope and husband Lloyd, and Marilyn Gantt and husband Ricky, all of Shelby, and Carolyn Shuford and husband Allen of Hickory.
