Gaffney -- Herbert Albert Millard Jr., 64, of 3208 Union Highway, passed away Friday, August 10th, 2018, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Born in Bristol, he was the husband of Jean Wise Milllard, the son of the late Herbert Albert Millard Sr. and Dorothy Chapman, and he was a veteran of the United States Navy.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Millard is survived by a daughter, Patricia Allison, and three grandchildren.

No services for Mr. Millard are scheduled at this time.

The family will be at the home of Richard Wise, 2003 Battleground Road, Cowpens, SC 29330.
