YOU CAN HELP MAKE A DIFFERENCE for clean water on August 18, 2018, from 10am until 12pm. Come out and help us clean and protect the Hickory Creek Watershed in Shelby, NC. Meet at Palmer Park located at 418 E. Warren Street in Shelby.
Clean creeks and rivers provide better water quality for drinking water as well as recreational activities. It also improves habitat for fish and wildlife.
We will be wading in the creek so come prepared to get wet. Please no open-toed shoes. All necessary supplies will be provided including bottled water. Event sponsored by Keep Shelby Beautiful and the City of Shelby.
