| Hope Harris, 57, of Gaffney, went home to be with the Lord May 30, 2012. Born in Eden, Wisconsin, she is the daughter of Marcella Stein Harris of Gaffney and the late Rev. Howard W. Harris. She was a very talented seamstress and baker.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by six brothers - Perry Harris of North Carolina, Chris Harris of Gaffney, SC, Howard W. Harris of Spartanburg, SC, Jewels Harris of Winston-Salem, NC, Evangelist Jesse Harris of Spartanburg, SC, and Apostle Shane Harris of Gaffney, SC; and one sister Sharon H. Walker of Gaffney, SC.
The family will receive friends Monday, June 4, 2012, from 11:00 AM. - 1:30 PM. at the Church Of The Living God, 211 Old Converse Road, Converse, SC. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Mark Hughes officiating. Burial will follow in Cowpens City Cemetery.
Her brothers will serve as pallbearers.
