Ina Mae Whaley Maloney, 69 of 3812 Fallston Road, Shelby, passed away,
Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Carolinas Healthcare System - Cleveland.

Born March 29, 1949 in Cleveland County, she was a daughter of the late
Virgil Whaley and Annie Ella Emory Whaley.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Betty
Hawkins and brother, David Whaley.

Survivors include a son, Henry Maloney of Hickory; a daughter, Chastity Reid
of Hickory; three sisters, Brenda Ledford of Shelby, Susie Stevens and
Carolyn Hamrick of Shelby; five brothers, Michael Fowler of Shelby, Wesley
Fowler of Shelby, Steve Whaley of Florida, Johnny Whaley of Casar and Stacey
Fowler of Shelby; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Visitation will be 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday at Stamey - Tysinger
Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be 11:00 AM Saturday at Stamey - Tysinger Funeral
Home Chapel.

Burial will follow in Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery
