Irene Strange Hull, 83, of 1101 North Morgan Street., Shelby, passed away
Sunday September 18, 2016 at Peak Resources in Shelby.

Born August 1, 1933 in Lincoln County, she was a daughter of the late Tobe
Strange and Janie Bell Newton Strange. She was a homemaker and was a member
of Buffalo Ridge Baptist Church in Tennessee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy
Lee Hull; one daughter, Teresa Manguia; two brothers, Butch Strange and
Bobby Strange; and one sister, Shelby Wheeler.

Survivors include two sons & daughters-in-law, Ronnie & Mary Hull of Shelby
and Tony & Christina Hull of Spencer; two daughters & sons-in-law, Wanda &
Joe Owens of Shelby and Patricia & Danny Barrett of Burlington; two
brothers, Jackie Strange and Jerry Strange; three sisters, Geraldine
Overton, Dot Crabtree and Kay Ann Ellington; nine grandchildren and thirteen
great grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
