James "Jim" Dean Putnam, 63, passed away Wednesday January 4, 2023 at his home in Shelby.

Born in Cleveland County on March 25, 1959 he was the son of William "Bill" Leo Putnam and the late Betty Joyce Harris Putnam. Arrangements are pending at this time and will be announced when finalized.
