James Pinkney Lovelace
James Pinkney Lovelace, 72, of 13050 Highway 55 West, passed away Sunday, March 2nd, 2014, at Piedmont Medical Center.

Born in Clover, he was married to Rita Pauline Gaffney Lovelace and the son of the late Jacob Benjamin Lovelace and Bonnie Elizabeth Patterson Lovelace. He worked as a master carpenter and was of the Methodist faith.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Lovelace is survived by five daughters, Ronda Ann Lovelace, Windy Robin Logan, Joy Michele Moore, Sherry Annette Waters, and Angela Jaylene Lovelace, all of Clover; one sister, Mary Evelyn Godfrey, of Kannapolis, NC; sixteen grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Mr. Lovelace was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Jerry Thomas Lovelace, and a sister, Barbara Ann Lovelace.

The family will receive friends March 5th, 2014 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the residence. Memorial services will he held Thursday, March 6th, at 5:00 pm at Open Heart Ministries in Kings Mountain with Rev. Shane Reese officiating.

The family will be at the residence.
