Ms. Janet Byers Owens, 51, of 119 Delta Street, Forest City, NC, passed away Friday, August 10, 2010. Services were held at Campfield Memorial Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Ms. Owens was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Patricia Shaw Byers, Sr.
She is survived by 1 daughter, Whitney Conner of Forest City; 2 brothers, Earl Shaw Jr. and wife Sherry of Macon, Georgia; and Derek Shaw and wife Denita of Shelby; 1 sister, Lisa Marlow and Roger Holland of Forest City; and special life long friend, Sherry Byers Price.
