Janet Kaye Helms, 60, of 811 Sugar Hill Road, Lawndale, passed away Tuesday,
May 16, 2017.

She was born in Cleveland County on May 19, 1956, to William "Bill" Reece
Helms and Mary Vergie Bingham Helms. Jan was employed with Alternative Care
as a caregiver and was a member of Fallston Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her son, Alan Dedmon of
Lawndale, two grandsons, Alec and Gavin Dedmon both of Lawndale, and
sister, Teresa Helms of Lawndale.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM with the
Rev. David Blanton and Rev. Travis Mull officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home form 10:00 AM to 11:00
AM on Saturday.
