Jason Wade Ayers, age 40, died Sunday, Sept. 13, 2015, at Carolinas HealthCare System-Cleveland. Born in Cleveland County, on June 27, 1975, he was the son of Arlon Ayers and Connie Ayers.

Jason was known for making people laugh and will forever live in the hearts of his loved ones.

In addition to his parents, Jason is survived by two daughters, Jessica and Carlee Ayers, a brother Marcus Ayers, a sister Michelle Ayers Arrowood and her husband Robert, two nieces Violet Rogers and Sophie Arrowood and a special friend Sherri Strickland.

The family will receive friends following the service until 6 p.m.

Memorial service will be held at 4 p.m., on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2015, in the Chapel of Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home and Crematory.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home to help defray the funeral expenses.
