Jaylin Chase Baisden
Jaylin Chase Baisden "J.J", age 5, of Grover, NC received his wings May 17, 2014. He was welcomed into heaven with open arms by his "paw-paw" James Baisden.

His smiles and loving hugs live on through his parents, Jake Hargett and Jennifer Baisden. He was a big brother to Aubree and Devin Baisden of the home. He will be dearly missed by his "maw-maw", Pam Baisden; his "pop-pop" and "nana" Eddie and Karen Hargett of Kings Mountain; his Aunts Nichole and Krystal Baisden of Kings Mountain and Jamie Baisden of Grover; special great-grandmas, Dorthy Kinser of SC and Margie VanDyke of Kings Mountain; a great-grandpa James VanDyke of Kings Mountain; his amazing cousins and best friends Ethan, Desirae, Donavan, Damya and Kalyna who will cherish his memories.

Jaylin had such a love for life and made sure all who came in contact with him had a lasting impression. You always knew "fat - fat" loved you cause he made sure each time he saw you he let you know with a hug and a kiss. He was all boy, loved playing outside and video games. He was a great bay-blades player cause his step-brother, Jacob Hargett taught him.

If you were sad, he would do his very best to make you feel better. He was a wonderful little boy who's smile could light up a room. If you had known him his whole life or for a brief moment you fell in love with him.

Even though he will be missed we are truly blessed to have him watching over us. We love and miss you and will see you again.

A service will be held 3:00 pm on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Love Valley Baptist Church in Kings Mountain with the Pastor Barry Philbeck officating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Fellowship Independent Baptist Church, Shelby.
