Blacksburg -- Jeremy Evans, 22, of 339 Gibbons Road, passed away Friday, February 15th, 2013, at his home.
Born in Spartanburg, Mr. Evans was the son of John Evans of the home and the late Mary Lynn Hester Evans. Jeremy worked for MBI Inc. and attended the Restoration Church.
Mr. Evans is survived by his father, John; two brothers, Chad Phillip Evans of Cowpens and Jordan Blane Evans of the home; a sister, Kaitlyn Nicole Evans, of the home; his paternal grandmother, Pricilla Evans, of North Myrtle Beach; and his paternal grandfather, Jack and Joan Evans, of Blacksburg.
Mr. Evans was preceded in death by his mother and by his maternal grandparents, Billy and Lucille Hester.
The family will receive friends Monday, February 18th, 2013, from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Gordon Mortuary. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, February 19th, at 2:00pm at Evans Cemetery with Rev. Jay Clever officiating.
The family will be at the residence.
