Jerry Greene, age 67, of Caroleen, NC, died Sunday, March 23, 2014 at the Hospice House of Rutherford County.
Born April 15, 1946 in Burke County, NC, he was a son of the late Vernon Greene and Inez Sisk Greene. He worked for Cone Mills for forty-one years before his retirement.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Barnette.
Survivors include brother, Thomas Ruppe of Caroleen and nephew, Jason Ruppe of Forest City.
A graveside service will be conducted at a later date and will be announced by the funeral home.
