Blacksburg - Jerry Osler Proctor, 77, passed away on July 10th, 2025 at home. Born on August 25, 1947, he was the husband of Genelle Yvonne Proctor.

A funeral service for Mr. Proctor will be held Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Frederick Memorial Gardens Chapel in Gaffney, SC, with Rev. Richard Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the cemetery.
