CASAR - Jody Lee Cook, 39, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016.
He was born August 30, 1976 in Cleveland County.
He is preceeded in death by his father, David Lee Cook and maternal grandparents, J.D. and Margie McNeely.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Ann Cook; sister, Crystal Craig (Tommy); daughter, Haley Hamrick (Eric); grandson to be, Jaxx Hamrick; girlfriend, Tasha Brittain; niece, Savanna Parker and nephew J.R. Parker.
A service will be held 3:00 p.m. at St. Paul Baptist Church, 311 Hull Road, Casar on Thursday, January 21, 2016 with a visitation one hour prior to the service and the Rev. Keith Fulbright officiating.Burial will be held at Zion Hill Baptist Church, 8173 Old NC 18, Lawndale, NC.
