| John H. Davis, age 46, of Forest City, NC, died Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.
Born March 10, 1968 in Cleveland County, he was the son of the late John H. Euten and Etta Marie Davis Greene. He was a mechanic most of his life and of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed fixing cars and going to races.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Cletus Greene.
Survivors include his wife, Candy Davis; two sons, Wendell Robinson and Joey Davis of the home; brother, Brian Davis of Forest City; three sisters, Karen Biggerstaff of Forest City, Rhonda Bradley and Sharon Edwards both of Ellenboro.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at Cliffside Cemetery with Reverend Lanny J. Funchess officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.
