Mr. John Richard Albea, age 66, passed away at Peak Resources of Shelby on July 5, 2013. He was a native of Mecklenburg County and a son of the late John Com Albea, Jr and Lillian Hartis Albea. He was a veteran of the US Army.
Mr Albea is a former employee of Walmart in Shelby. He is survived by many loving friends and former co-workers. A special thank you to his care givers at Peak Resources and Hospice.
Graveside service will be held at Sunset Cemetery, Shelby at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday July 9, 2013 with the Rev. Dr. Eric Davis officiating.
