John Thomas Phillips, age 77 passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2023.

John was a former resident of Vale and Shelby, NC.

Born in Detroit, Michigan; he is the son of the late Hughey Osbourne Phillips and Frances Flack Phillips.

John was a former employee of Ethan Allan Furniture and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving during the Vietnam War.

Services will be held at a later date in Tennessee.
