Joline Upton McAbee, 71, of 100 Fairfield Drive Apt 23B, passed away Sunday, November 22nd, 2015, at her residence.

Born in Spartanburg, she was the widow of Donald L. McAbee Sr. and the daughter of the late Walter and Juanita Burrell Upton. Mrs. McAbee worked as a homemaker and was a member of El Bethel Baptist Church.

Surviving Mrs. McAbee are one son, Donald L. McAbee, Jr., of Gaffney; three daughters, Donna Jean Gossett, Lisa Joann Greesberg, and Sarah Ellen McAbee, all of Gaffney; four brothers, Paul Upton and wife, Ann, of Pacolet, Roger Upton of Gaffney, Robert Upton of Gaffney, and Warren Upton of Pacolet; Jean Senchantixay and husband, Whitt, of Gaffney, and Elaine Parker and husband, Darrell, of Pacolet; and nine grandchildren, Jon Wade Peeler, Shelby Daniel Rollins, Andy Davis, Alex Davis, Tyler Driskill, Curtis, Ashten, Tanner, and Emory McAbee.,

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 24th, 2015, from 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm at El Bethel Baptist Church. Funeral services will immediately follow at 3:00 pm with Rev. Dennis Tessnier, Rev. Clifford Phillips, and Rev. Jimmy Upton officiating.
