Juan Carlos Torres-Romero, age 42, of Coopertown Road, Mooresboro, NC, died Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Mission Hospital.
Born June 1, 1973 in Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico, he was a son of the late Isaac Torres-Ramirez and Guillermina Irma Romero Montoya who resides in Mexico. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church.
Besides his mother, survivors include his six sisters, Raquel Torres Romero, Esther Torres Romero, Lorena Torres Romero, Elizabeth Torres Romero, Norma Angelica Torres Romero, Mayra Torres Romero; three brothers, Ruben Torres-Romero, Isaac Torres-Romero, Mario Torres-Romero. He is also survived by a special niece, Jessica Yajaira Torres.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church with Reverend Father Herbert Burke officiating. Interment will take place in his hometown in Mexico. A Rosary service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Harrelson Funeral Home with Deacon Sigfrid Della-Valle reciting the rosary.
