Julia Reaves Greene, age 81, died Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Hospice Wendover. Born in Cleveland County on September 16, 1936 she was the daughter of the late G. C. and Ruth Winn Greene. Julia was a member of Boiling Springs United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, Julia is preceded in death by a brother John "Bud" Greene.

Julia is survived by two brothers, Bill Greene and wife Carolyn of Ellenboro and Tommy and wife Connie of Boiling Springs; two sisters, Ginny Greene and Chris Greene both of Boiling Springs; a sister-in-law, Barbara Greene of Boiling Springs; and five nieces and four nephews.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Boiling Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Teresa Blanton and Rev. Keith McKinney officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the Life Enrichment Center. Burial will follow the visitation at Cleveland Memorial Park. The family will be at the home of Tommy and Connie Greene, 115 Lindsey Lee Lane, Shelby NC 28152.
