Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, James Thurman Williams;  her parents, Worth Davis and Udell Shaw Davis; two brothers, Jimmy Davis and Roger Davis.

She is survived by two sons, Tim Williams and friend Laurie Lina of Lincolnton and Scott Williams and wife Donna of Cherryville; one daughter, Sheila Lambert and husband Richard of Charlotte; three grandchildren; two sisters, Doris Lee and Betty Harris, both of Shelby; two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial may be made to the Levine and Dixon Hospice House, 11900 Vanstory Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078.
