Kathy Lee Spradley Cook, 64, of 3043 Gastonia Hwy, Lincolnton, passed away
Friday, September 11, 2015 at Carolinas Medical Center - Charlotte in
Charlotte.

Born March 1, 1951 in Greenwood County, SC to the late Worth Spradley and
Nanny Lou Sweezy Spradley. She was owner of Kathy's Hair Expressions.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky
Spradley.

Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Jackie Ronald Cook; son, Johnny
Neil Sells of Lawndale; daughter, Tammy Lynn Sells of Dallas; four
grandchildren, Justin Shook and girlfriend, Jessica Jarvis, Charity Sells,
Adrianna Sells and Desiree Sells; brother, Tony Spradley and wife, Vickie of
Port Charlotte, Florida and sister, Judy Watkins and husband, Tommy of
Grover.

Visitation: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday at Stamey-Tysinger Funeral Home &
Cremation Center

Graveside service will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday at St. Paul Baptist Church
Cemetery with Rev. Keith Fulbright officiating.
