Kim Bright, age 43, of Forest City, NC, died Monday, May 13, 2013 at her residence.

     Kim was born October 10, 1969 in Rutherford County, NC. She was a graduate of East High School, class of 1988 and worked as a Registered Nurse.  She enjoyed shopping and especially spending time with her family.

      She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Doris Buff Hill and Bryson Buff; paternal grandparents, Lloyd Vance Silver, Sr. and Anace Silver and one aunt, Renee Aldredge.

       Survivors include her husband of 23 years, Scott Bright; one son, Dillon Bright; one daughter, Macey Bright both of the home; father, Lloyd Vance Silver and wife, Kathy of Ellenboro; mother, Darlene Buff Robertson and husband, David of Traveler’s Rest, SC; brother, Jeffrey Silver and wife, Angie of Landrum, SC; sister Tia Holtzclaw and husband, Billy of Rutherfordton; mother in-law, Glennette Wood of Rutherfordton; aunt, Janis Durnil and husband, Donald of Norfolk, VA; grandfather, James Hill, Jr. and wife, Joyce of Rutherfordton and many other loving family members.

      Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 17, 2013 at Crestview Baptist Church with Brother Dwayne Hunt officiating.  Entombment will take place at Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16^th at Harrelson Funeral Home.
