Larry Gene Young, age 65 of Harrison St, Yadkinville, NC formerly of Lincolnton died November 25, 2012 at Forsyth Medical Center, Winston Salem, NC. Larry was born December 21, 1946 in Shelby, NC a son of the late Elva Walker and Lois Euella Carpenter Young.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother Harold Dean Young and a sister Faye Gibson.
Survivors include a brother Nelson Young and wife Shirley of Bessemer City.
Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 2;00 PM at River View Baptist Church Cemetery, 2230 Riverview Road, Lincolnton, NC with Rev. Ricky Brown officiating.
