Mr. Lester Buff, 74 of Shelby, NC passed away Sunday, September 5, 2010. Services were held at Stamey Funeral Home, Fallston, NC. Burial followed in N. Lafayette St. Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Buff was preceded in death by his wife, Sally Jane Keeter Buff; his parents, George Lee Buff, Sr. and Annie Mae Million Buff; 4 brothers, JD, DF, Junior and William Buff; and 4 sisters, Betty Sue Friday, Ruby Tallent, Minnie Pearl Watts, and Doris Haskins.
He is survived by 1 son, Jimmy Buff and wife Patricia of Grover, NC; 1 daughter, Nancy Tessiner of Casar; 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Robert Buff and Bill Buff, both of Shelby; and 1 sister, Sara Ann Deaton of Boiling Springs.
