Linda Epley Blackwell, age 57, of Forest City, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at her residence.
Born January 26, 1959 in Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late James Epley and Ruby Beheler Epley. She was a graduate of Isothermal College and worked at Park Ridge Hospital. Linda was a member of Harris Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, James Blackwell of Forest City; brothers, Scott Epley and wife Kim of Shelby, Ron Epley and wife Angela of Boiling Springs; three nieces, four nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Harris Baptist Church with Reverend George Whitmire, Reverend Barry Goodman and Reverend William Calvert officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 pm prior to service time at the church. Interment will follow at Harris Baptist Church Cemetery.
