Mrs. Louise Owens Lynch, 76, resident of  608 Sipes Street, Kings Mountain, NC,  passed away Sunday, May 9, 2010. Services were held at Boyce Memorial A.R.P. Church, Kings Mountain, NC. Burial followed in Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery, Bessemer City, NC.

Mrs. Lynch was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Dwain W. Lynch; and her parents, Fred Marcus and Martha Crawford Owens.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Lynda L. Quarles and husband Gordon of Gastonia, NC, and Beverly L. Moffitt and husband Steve of Shelby, NC; 5 sisters, Helen O. Ayscue of Kings Mountain, NC, Pat O. Preston of Shalimar, FL, MauDava O. Morton of Gastonia, NC, Joyce O. Ramsey of Simpsonville, SC, and Frances O. Herndon of Lugoff, SC; 1 brother, John Owens of Cassatt, SC; and 4 grandchildren.
