Louise Wylie Patterson
Louise Wylie Patterson, 85, of 122 Country Club Road, passed away March 21st, 2014 at her home.

Born in Gaffney, she was the widow of Little Patterson and the daughter of the late John Jackson Wylie and Lummie Childers Wylie. Mrs. Patterson retired from roller bearing production and was a member of Cherokee Falls Baptist Church.

Surviving Mrs. Patterson are four sons, Dale Patterson of Cowpens, Ricky and Danny Patterson of Blacksburg, and Jimmy Patterson of Kings Mountain; two daughters, Patricia Hughey of Blacksburg and Tammie Patterson of Gaffney; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Patterson was preceded in death by a brother, Olin Wylie, and three sisters, Erline "Red" Garner, Shirley Blackwell, and Eliza Driskell. 

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 23rd, 2014, from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at Gordon Mortuary. Cryptside services will be held Monday, March 24th, at 11:00 am at Clingman Memorial Gardens with Rev. Tim Knotts officiating. 

Memorials may be made to the Cherokee Falls Baptist Church Building Fund, 109 School Road, Blacksburg, SC 29702.

The family will be at the home of Patricia Hughey, 1052 99 Island Road, Blacksburg, SC 29702.
