Mr. Lowell Morris Lahrmer, age 78 of Mooresboro, NC, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, February 18, 2023.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Barbara Irvin Lahrmer of the home, his children, Michael Lahrmer (Bobbie) of Mooresboro, NC, Robert Lahrmer (Deanna) of China Grove, NC, John Lahrmer of Mooresboro, NC, and Elizabeth Lahrmer Carver (Eddie) of Mooresboro, NC, ten grandchildren, Emily Smith (Tripp), Erica Lattimore (Ben), Katie Weathers (Garrett), Tyler Graham, Tanner Lahrmer, Parker Lahrmer, Jake Lahrmer, Kerri Lahrmer, Reagan Carver, and Avery Carver, five great grandchildren, Bristyl Smith, Brooklyn Smith, Casen Lattimore, Sayler Lattimore, and Blakely Weathers, a brother, two sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Born May 27, 1944 in Oak Hill, Ohio, Lowell was the son of the late Ernest Lahrmer and Rosa Strickland Lahrmer and was preceded in death by five brothers and four sisters.

Lowell was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was a member of Sandy Run Baptist Church. He enjoyed working, going to antique stores, and spending time with his family and friends.

A visitation will be held from 1:00pm - 3:00pm Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Sandy Run Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held at 3:00pm following the visitation. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive other times at 542 Gantts Grove Church Road in Mooresboro.
