| Mabel Hamrick Coats Hunt, 87 of Shelby, NC passed away on Monday, August 8, 2011. Services were held at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. Burial was held at Sunset Cemetery.
Mrs. Coats was preceded in death by her parents, Zeb N. Hamrick & Eva Webb Hamrick; stepdaughter, Sheila Cole; brothers, Hubert, Buford and Bernard Hamrick; three sisters, Ruth Greene, Kathleen Southard, Grace Eskridge.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Brevard Hunt of the home; one daughter, Sheila C. Bolin and Richard of Kings Mountain; stepsons, Wayne Hunt and Robbie of Earl; Danny Hunt of Gaffney; eight grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Building Fund, 198 Pleasant Ridge Ch. Rd., Shelby, NC 28152.
