SHELBY- Ms. Maralyn C. Goins, 56, of 200 Fox Run Road, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2012 at her residence. A native of Cleveland County, she was born March 1, 1956 daughter of the late Samuel Sr. and Martha Raye Newton Goins.

SURVIVED: She is survived by one son, Joshua Raye Walker; one daughter, Shonta Camp; two brothers, Rodney Goins and wife Tracy, and Danny Goins; three step sisters, Sherry Houck, Vickie Parker and Donna Respess; one step brother, Delane Hanes; seven grandchildren and her step mother, Jesse Goins.

SERVICES: A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday December 29, 2012 at Christopher Road Baptist Church.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends beginning at 12:30 to 2:00 pm the day of the service at the church.
