Gaffney -- Margaret Diane Phillips, 71, of 808 9th Street, passed away Tuesday, November 10th, 2015, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Born in Cherokee County, she was the daughter of the late Bill Phillips and Bertha Spencer Phillips. Ms. Phillips was a member of Gloryland Baptist Church in Smyrna, SC.

Ms. Phillips is survived by one son, Jerry Edward Phillips of Gaffney; two brothers, Belton Phillips and Buford Phillips, both of Gaffney; and nine grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 12th, 2015, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary 400 West Cherokee Street Blacksburg, South Carolina 29702. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 13th, 2015 at 11:00 am at Gordon Mortuary Chapel 400 West Cherokee Street Blacksburg, SC 29702 with Rev, Jeff Gilfillan officiating. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Gaffney.
