SHELBY - Margaret Elizabeth "Betsy" Cash Woods, 76, passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at Hospice of Wendover. She is predeceased by her parents, David and Mamie Cash of Chapel Hill.
Betsy is survived by her husband of 50 years, David Woods; a son Kevin Seagroves; a daughter, Tracy Ledbetter and husband Jeff; a step-daughter, Judy Selvey and husband Steve; a sister Phyllis Howard and husband Allen Brady; and a brother Colby Cash and wife Phyllis; a granddaughter, Hunter Ledbetter and grandson, Dalton Ledbetter.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 1207 West Dixon Boulevard, Shelby, NC 28152 with Pastor Mike Chambers officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a service to follow at 2:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Wendover, 951 Wendover Heights Drive, Shelby, NC 28150.
