Blacksburg - Mark Davenport, 67, of Fitch Road, passed away Friday, March 21, 2025, at his residence.

Born in Elizabeth City, NJ, he was the widower of Vada Davenport and the son of the late William and Helen Sharkey Davenport. He was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church.

Mr. Davenport is survived by his children, Kenneth Davenport and Melissa Davenport; his siblings, Kathy Richardson, Danny Davenport, and Jimmy Davenport; and six grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.
