Marshall Dee Miller, age 77, of Cliffside, died Monday, October 10, 2016 at his residence.
Born on September 13, 1939 in Rutherford County, he was the son of the late David Earl Miller and Ida Mae Jenkins Miller. He was a United States Air Force veteran serving during the Korean Conflict.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Bud Miller, Rex Miller; and one sister, Roselle Burnham.
Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Weaver Miller; two sons, Derek Miller and wife Michelle of Concord, Jeff Miller and wife Lori of Indian Trail; two grandchildren, Kayla Miller, Jared Miller; two sisters, Frances Grant and Linda Carver. He is also survived by Terry Von Watkins, who Dee considered his adopted son.
A memorial service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Reverend Dwayne Scruggs officiating.
