Mary Anne Moore, 81, 416 Highland Street, Gastonia, NC, and formerly of Blacksburg, SC, died January 15, 2015, at CaroMont Regional Medical Center, Gastonia, NC. A native of Cherokee County, SC, she was married to the late Claude Willard "Wig" Moore and was a daughter of the late James Craton and Liane Batchler Isler.
She is survived by one son - Scottie Moore of Gaffney, SC; one daughter - Annette Manley of Gaffney, SC; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by one son - Claude Ricky Moore; one grandson - Ricky Manley; one brother - Edward C. Isler; and one sister - Dorothy I. Whelchel.
The family will receive friends Friday, January 16, 2015, from 6-7:30 PM, at White Columns Funeral Service, Blacksburg, SC. A Celebration Of Life Service will be held Saturday, January 17, 2015, 2:00 PM, graveside at Clingman Memorial Gardens, Blacksburg, SC. At other times, they will be at their respective homes.
