| Mrs. Mary Ivey, 57, resident of 546 Waco Road, Kings Mountain, NC passed away Thursday, May 12, 2011. Services was held at Christian Freedom Baptist Church, Kings Mountain, NC. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Ivey was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee Green and Annie Mae Miller Bowers; and 3 brothers.
She is survived by her husband, Mike Ivey of Kings Mountain, NC; 2 sons, Robert Franklin Plemmons and Jason Armstrong and wife Kimberly, all of Kings Mountain, NC; 1 step-daughter, Lisa Parker and husband Chip of Kings Mountain, NC; 2 brothers, Joe Green of Kings Mtn., NC and Daniel Green and wife Sheila of Grover, NC; 2 sisters, Elizabeth Sue Hardin and husband Matthew of Kings Creek, SC and Helen Peterson of Kings Mtn., NC; 1 brother-in-law, William Ivey and wife Carolyn of Kings Mtn., NC; and 8 grandchildren.
