Polkville - Mary Jane Green Floyd, 71, of 833 Lewis Street, Gastonia,
formerly of Polkville, died Monday, May 2, 2011 at her home.
She was born in Cleveland County on February 27, 1940 to the late Zeb
William Green and Mozelle Lee Green.
She is survived by a son, Ritchie Floyd and special friend Patty Richardson
of Shelby; daughter, Selina Demetro and husband Sonny of Gastonia; two
sisters, Diane Green of Shelby and Benita Whisnant and husband John; two
grandsons, Nicholas Demetro and Alex Demetro and wife Michelle; four great
grandchildren Savannah, Anthony, Iziah and Makena; cousin, Jim and Alice
Floyd; and special friend, Sadie Deaton.

Graveside Service: 3:00pm Thursday at Polkville United Methodist Church
