Mrs. Mary Justice Church, 89, of Rehobeth Church Rd., died Sun., Dec. 8, 2013 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.  A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Bevis and Minnie Wright Justice.  She retired from Esther Mill after 38 years of service, and was a member of Union Baptist Church.  She was a devoted and loving mother, who was known as a mother to all.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Justice; grandson, Skyler Day; and four brothers, Ralph, Bil, Rob and Hague Justice.

SURVIVED:  She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Frederick “Bill” Church; two sons, Ron Church and Donnie Church and fiancé Karen White, all of Shelby; two daughters, Peggy Hulick and husband Wilson of Hickory, Vickey Grayson of Shelby; five grandchildren, Denis Terry and husband David of Belwood, Misty Yelton and husband Robert of Rutherfordton, Josh Church and wife Heather of Gaffney, Melissa Pittman and husband Wes of Hawaii, and April Grayson of Shelby; four great-grandchildren, Jared Terry, Kaylen Spirlin, Brody Church, and Hunter Moses.

SERVICES:  Wednesday, 2:30PM, at Union Baptist Church

VISITATION:  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the church, and other times at the home of her son, Ron Church, 1651 Rehobeth Church Rd., Shelby
