| Mr. Max Dean Eaker, Jr., age 58, of Lawndale passed away on February 25, 2014 at Wendover Hospice House. He was preceded in death by his parents, Max Dean Eaker, Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Carpenter Eaker.
Survivors include one sister, Susan Daniels (Dave) of Matthews, NC; four brothers, Mike Eaker (Linda), Gary Eaker, Tim Eaker, and Roger Eaker all of Cherryville, NC.
A Memorial Service will be held at Bethlehem United Methodist Church on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at 6:00 pm with the Rev. Roy Byers officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Cleveland County, 953 Wendover Heights Drive, Shelby, NC 28150 or Bethlehem United Methodist Church, 6753 Highway 182, Cherryville, NC 28021.
He was an avid Nascar fan with Dale Earnhardt, Sr. being his favorite driver.
